Bwawata NP Concession Area:

280,000 hectares Bwabwata National Park, on the Okavango River at the beginning of the Okavango Delta on the Namibian side.

Angola is to the north and Botswana to the south.

There is a small population of San living at the other end of the park who benefit from the meat and income from the trophies taken.

Our tented camp is situated on the banks of the Okavango and the chalets overlook the river

The tent camp will be ready by the end of April, it consists of the typical South African, spacious safari tents with accommodation for a maximum of guests or, of course, single occupancy!

Arrival via Windhoek to Rundu- from there about 2.5 hours by car eastwards to the camp!

The area is known for its high trophy quality for big game and, what is special, it is possible to hunt “Hippo on land” there!

Elephant up to well over 80 pounds (or even more possible) the strongest last year was 76 pounds!

Buffalo, old, mature to well over 42 inches, Sable at well over 50 inches plus!
